Collection: A PAINTING A DAY

Taking part in the Strada Easel Challenge  involves creating a painting a day and painting from life, and was a fantastic way to kick start the new year. As well as having the (virtual) company of other artists from all parts of the world, it stretched my observation muscles to focus on a live set up and paint faster than I would normally paint.
