I take the security of customer/store visitors data very seriously. I will never shared it with others and only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order or if required by law.
INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED : Information submitted voluntarily, name, email and address, will be held for the purpose it was intended. I will respect this information and will only use it to process and ship your order or to deal with any further enquiries requested by you. I personally will not share your information with third parties or email you for marketing purposses unless you have signed up for similar emails or subscribed to my Newsletter. ABOUT STORING YOUR INFORMATION : Your information is stored securely, on password protected devices and accounts that can only be accessed by me. I will store your relevant customer data and our business transaction in my book-keeping and email archive for 6 years, as required by Irish legislation.
YOUR RIGHTS : You have the right to inquire about the stored information of you, to update your data or to delete your personal data from my register. Please contact me if you have questions or requests concerning your stored data. Your personal data can be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purposes of maintaining the service or business relationship. However your personal data cannot be deleted from the register if its storage is required by legislation (record of financial transactions).
MAILING LIST : When you enter your name and email address to subscribe to my newsletter, your details are added to my mailing list and are secured on my password protected account. You can unsubscribe at any time, and I will promptly remove your address from my records.

SHIPPING
Limited and Open Edition Prints are mounted and wrapped in cellophane, then posted in a reinforced envelope. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PRINTS worldwide. It is my intention to deliver within 10-21 days, depending on destination. Every care is taken to ensure you recieve your print in perfect condition.
Original work is packaged securely and Registered Shipping advised at checkout.
Orders are shipped within 5 working days
REFUND POLICY
My art work is represented as accurately as possible to the original piece, however colours may vary from screen to screen. I hope you will be very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please get in touch with me within 14 days of receiving your purchase, so that I can then arrange a refund or replacement for you.
Please return the artwork in its original protective packaging using a registered/tracking delivery service. (This return shipping cost must be paid for by the customer). Once received in it's original condition, I will proceed with your refund.

On Receipt of your Artwork
Please inspect your order once your receive it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can rectify it as soon as possible. (Please include image)
Refunds
I will notify you when I receive your returned piece and you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
